In 2018, Senxin submitted an application for the blue pigment from butterfly pea flower to the US FDA for the first time. Liquid coffee creamer (dairy and non-dairy products);
Ice cream and frozen dairy desserts;
Dairy and non-dairy beverages;
Hard candies and soft candies;
Fruit products in yogurt.
